Auditing is a great way to verify the performance of food safety equipment such as metal detectors.

I've read some interesting articles at Industrial Machinery News (http://www.industrial-machinery-news.com) that talk about metal detection equipment. The staff also has over 20 years knowledge in industrial metal detection equipment.

Hi Mary & Family-
Thank you for your comments and for being a customer. At Maple Leaf we exercise rigid quality controls and take extensive precautions throughout the manufacturing process to ensure safe, wholesome and high quality products. We believe that you can never be too careful when it comes to your food.

Our Prime Naturally™ poultry products use a feed of vegetable grain feed containing no animal by-products. Despite our best efforts there may be times when consumers feel that our products have not met their expectations and for that we sincelery apologize. Without knowing more about the product your purchased I would ask you to contact our Consumer Affairs team at 1-800-268-3708 so we may investigate further.

Dear Gral. Manager;

First than all I want to tell you that we are loyal consumers of Maple Leaf Food specialy the chicken, because as is mentioned on the levels that chickens are naturally grain fed, lately we have seen a lots of foam or gelly kind of funy thing in between the skin and the flesh, the question is: if the chickens are naturally grain fed; why?? the skin is absolutely loose from the flesh? we strongly hope that will no happen that we ended poisoning again with the Maple Leaf food. We want to keep consuming with trust and healthy.....

Please keep a good work, no just temporary but, always........

Thanks.......

I am committee member of the Kitchener Frameworks Action centre trying to
help laid off manufacturing employees retrain for entry into the workforce.
I am looking for a training program for HACCP that could be offered at our facility
or in the Kitchener/Waterloo area.
We are looking for the basic cost effective course to offer to our 600 employees.
Do you have any ideas or suggestions?
